Swimming Workshop

I just want to drop you a quick note for thanking you to provide such a good learning opportunity. Wilfred, my wife and I all enjoyed the workshop. The photo session of wearing real Olympic medals is really a nice touch. I especially like the session when Ms. Heyns asked why she swam. This kind of deeper level engagement is needed for a higher level competition in swimming and in life.  But it’s not easily instilled in daily training sessions. As a swimming parent,  event like this might well kindle that self-motivation fire in our swimmer’s heart.
