Penny’s experiences, as an elite athlete, both while training internationally in the US and Canada with some of the most successful athletes in those respective countries, and while competing at the forefront of international competition, have given her unparalleled insights into what it takes to get to the top, and more importantly, how to stay there.

Penny retired in 2001 as a Double Olympic Gold Medalist, Bronze Medalist and 14 time World Record breaker. Since then she has worked with several individuals from various sporting codes, assisting in their development and growth as athletes.

External factors sometime influence performance resulting in disillusionment and negativity and an objective view is needed to assess the situation and way forward.
