The weekend we spent with Penny was inspiring, educational and motivating. Our swimmers have not stopped talking about it and we have more swimmers wanting to attend camps now because of her time with us. Coaches and swimmers alike have adopted her approach and techniques into our sessions both in the pool and on dryland. For me one of the most amazing things is Penny’s ability to reach children to adults with her talks and coaching. My youngest swimmers of 9 years to the adults were riveted and focused to her every word. Our swimmers went on to win the Prestige gala the following week.
